Eg er i grunnen ganske trufast av meg. Når eg har funne ei teneste eg likar, så blir eg, leeenge. For eksempel sleit eg lenge med å lausrive meg frå min ex-frisør, sjølv etter at alle tilsette og kundar forlet henne, og lenge LENGE etter at kvar siste inspirerte klippegnist hadde sett sitt snitt til å smette derifrå. Eg heldt ut skamklipp og grov, uavbrutt harselas med verdiar eg elles heldt høgt, før eg tok mot til meg og bestilte time hos ein frisør ei venninne anbefalte (Evig takksam, Eva). Og eg klarte til slutt å lausrive meg frå mi førre (privat-)epostadresse, sjølv om det framleis er eit sakn.
Men det skal mykje til før eg gjer sånt, og på LibraryThing blir eg ei god stund til. Uansett kor forelska alle andre Bokelskere.no måtte vere i sin nye yndling.
Derfor blir eg og glad når ellers ganske nerdete og hovudsakleg funksjonelle Librarything gjer seg litt lekker for meg, filar litt på layouten, legg til akkurat sånne funksjonar som eg synest er spennande. Ikkje at eg veit om funksjonane er nye, heller, for det har vore knapt med tid til utforsking i det siste. Men altså, ein av funksjonane under min ‘Zeitgeist’ (You gotta love’em) er altså ‘Awards’. Der kan eg klikke meg inn og sjekke korleis mine bøker har gjort det med forskjellige prisar. Blant anna kan eg kjapt finne ut at av 1001 bøker eg burde ha lest før eg seier opp abonnementet, så er eg i hamn med 41 (liste under). For meg er det 71 fullført og 930 igjen. Ei av dei ligg i haugen som skal lesast snart, så eg ser fram til å fullføre nr.72. Resten får vente litt…eh, lenge.
Forresten. Eg elskar både librarything og bokelskere og er dermed offisielt ein bokstadbigamist. Men, eg har berre ein frisør, det får no vere måte på.
Sant? Derimot har eg ein snikande mistanke om at frisøren min har fleire kundar enn meg…
Hmmm, eg finn vel neppe nokon annan frisør som vil vere trufast mot berre meg, så eg trur eg held på den eg har ei stund til.
